And how do you get them like this? Well, with this script called Another Title Manager (also known by its initials ATM).

Another Title Manager not only lets you personalize your name and message in MSN with different formats and sizes, but it also lets you configure it so that the message rotates every so often. You can also add emoticons and other data (like the date, for example), personalize the colour of the background, apply effects, etc.
